Participant with long hair must tie their own hair up in advance when participating in Golden Int'l Daily Actions. In order to when you do Golden Int'l Daily Actions, ensure that their own hair will swing, may cause hurt the eyes and so on parts.

9. Jewelry requirements:

Participant is absolutely not allowed to wear earrings, necklaces, bracelets and other jewelry of any material when participating in Golden Int'l Daily Actions. Because, when participating in Golden Int'l Daily Actions the jewelry worn by participant may cause hurt to their own.

10. Quantity requirements:

The teacher has given the specific number of Golden Int'l Daily Actions to be performed every day in the even Original Education Video Course. Each participant must strictly follow the number required by the teacher and complete 40 sets of Golden Int'l Daily Actions every day with guaranteed quality and quantity.

11. Time:

Participant must do all 40 different sets of Golden Int'l Daily Actions every day, which takes about 60 minutes. Golden Int'l recommends doing it one hour after getting up every morning for the best effect. Participant can also choose other times to do according to their own schedule, or to do divide into several times, but the effect will be greatly reduced.
